Finding a caterer who takes halal seriously should not be hard. Don Fuego's Halal Chicken Paella is made with halal-certified chicken thigh, saffron rice, capsicum and our slow-cooked sofrito, with no pork and no alcohol, and it is always cooked in a dedicated pan that never touches chorizo.

Yes. Halal chicken paella is always cooked in its own dedicated pan with its own utensils, never in a pan that has had chorizo or pork in it.
The chicken we use for the halal paella is halal-certified, and the paella contains no pork or alcohol. Ask us for the current supplier details when you book.
